As a wedding photographer, I would highly recommend Leopold’s Mississippi Gardens to any couple searching for a picturesque wedding venue. The riverside views are absolutely beautiful, and the property offers so much variety for portraits throughout the day. From the ceremony space overlooking the water to the reception area and all the little tucked away spots for photos, everything photographs so naturally and beautifully. I’ve always loved how peaceful and intentional the atmosphere feels, but what really sets Leopold’s apart is how truly amazing their staff is. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure their couples are taken care of, which helps the day run smoothly and makes such a difference for photos, too. When a couple feels supported and the timeline flows well, it creates such a calm, joyful experience, and that always shows in the images. If you’re planning a Minnesota wedding and looking for a venue with beautiful scenery, great lighting, and a relaxed but elegant feel, Leopold’s is truly such a special place.

If I could give more than 5 stars. I would, without hesitation. Leopolds has made our wedding the absolute perfection we always dreamed of. First, I want to talk about Mataya. We had a Jewish wedding, which contains some traditions that are not seen often. I will tell you, Mataya made us feel so comfortable and excited throughout the planning. She showed so much excitement to planning our wedding especially because she was learning something new about a culture. She made EVERYTHING come true. For such an original wedding, Mataya made everything very smooth-sailing. Her communication was outstanding. Her personality and character were full of energy. Her accommodations were so inviting. Her love for her job shines. Mataya, I hope you are reading this because, you are amazing! Leopolds Mississippi Gardens. STUNNING place. The price is very reasonable for what you are getting. No other place came even close to what we wanted and what we recieved. Leopold's Mississippi Gardens is an absolute dream wedding venue! We had our wedding here on 7.15.22 and we cannot speak more highly of it. Erin, Jamie, Jordan and the entire staff were truly amazing to work with. It is clear that they put their all into this family business. They helped us plan so many details ahead of the wedding and were so easy to communicate with. We fell in love with the ceremony space on the river and there are so many small details that make this venue magical. From the fairy garden, to the waterfall, to the amazing landscaping, to the deck with fire pic, the subtle touches of Disney, and more. Our guests absolutely loved the venue and had a wonderful time. The bar staff were absolutely amazing as well. We are so thrilled that we get to continue going back for the various happy hours and cocktails they host here! Thank you, LMG!

I cannot say enough about this place ... it was AWESOME. Huge thanks to Erin, Jamie, Jordan, Steve, and so many more for making our wedding perfect. They are so down to earth, helpful, responsive ... just wonderful. The unique places to take photos is a huge plus, and of course if you're a Disney fan you'll notice the little nods throughout the venue both inside and out. Lots of decor is included, the only thing we really added were some small center pieces. The first time my mom saw the river side ceremony set up, she BAWLED. So, if you want to tug at your mothers heart strings it's a fantastic choice of a venue. Literally happy to talk to anyone considering this venue - it was absolutely perfect.
